This one-of-a-kind home has beach access within walking distance, a hot tub, 2 family rooms, a theater room with all new equipment and seating, numerous game tables, a spacious culinary kitchen and enough beds to sleep 50!

Located in downtown Garden City, this home is located where all of the action is but has a quiet relaxing family atmosphere. From the moment you enter this luxury Bear Lake cabin rental, you can escape and relax as there is a space for each age group to spread out and enjoy while making everything smooth and efficient for you. Home cooked meals together will be delightful with 2 ranges, 2 microwaves, 2 fridges, fully stocked kitchenware, dining area, and plenty of prep space to make treats and delicious feasts! Cleanup is a breeze with 2 dishwashers, and plenty of cupboard space to hold all of your meal prep supplies! Newly refurbished with all new flooring, appliances, couches, lighting and mattresses, this property is a log home with beautiful, polished wood everywhere, luxury hardware, and cozy furnishings that will frame picture-perfect moments with your loved ones! From billiard tables to foosball tables, and Smart TVs to play sets there are entertainment options sure to appease even the pickiest member of your group!

Designed from the ground up for large groups enjoy 15 bedrooms and a loft that accommodate gatherings from TV to games to relaxation and sleep. Sleep soundly in comfortable mattresses with luxurious top of the line beddings and sheets to keep you snug and dreaming of your next day in paradise. Outside enjoy the sprawling grass lawn with dreamy accent lighting to keep the fun going as the sun goes down! In the cool evenings light a fire in the fire pit and enjoy s'mores or your favorite roasted treats together as the fire dies down or soak in our hot tub and watch the fireflies down on the beach below our home. A public access point and parking to the beach is just north of our home.
